 Whether your a novice or a chef in your own right our cooking classes are sure to be a source of enjoyment as well as learning. Just choose a topic, arrange an appointment at your convenience, and Chef Gui will come to your house for a 2-hour session with everything you'll need to have fun in the kitchen!
Classes are on an individual basis or in small groups of 4. Larger classes are accepted if your kitchen is large enough for everyone to enjoy a hands-on experience.
Most techniques will be broken down and demonstrated by Chef Gui. Attractive dishes will be prepared to illustrate those techniques and recipes will be provided. The grand finale is the tasting that follows your session in the kitchen with Chef Gui.
