Here is an update from my good friend and talented food writer Marty Martindale. She is the “root” participant for “Wings: More than 50 High-Flying Recipes for America’s Favorite Snack” and she’s sharing with us her chosen recipe. Thanks Marty.
“… I have chosen Mole Ole, a chocolate-mole approach to wings. The Mexicans have too long held a seeming exclusive on chocolate in savory dishes, and I think it’s about time North Americans begin mixing more of this and that up with chocolate. Some of the fun breading ingredients are cocoa powder, cinnamon, chili powder, cayenne pepper, cumin and garlic. Gotta be delicious!
