		<description>You are sooooooo right about all this. I&#039;ve worked in the restaurant industry and currently teach Culinary and I can truly testify to this. When I was in Culinary school we were taught that fish could technicially still be called fresh up to about 20+ days.If you ask me this is more like fresh frozen.</description>
