How to cook crawfish with Jaden Hair of Steamy Kitchen

I had a lot of fun yesterday with Jaden Hair of Steamykitchen.com. She graciously invited me, along with a couple of other local chefs to her segment on the TV show Daytime.
We filmed on the top of the WFLA building in downtown Tampa and it was more like a party than a TV segment, really. We had cold beer, we had crawfish and we had good company. Sure, it was 11 in the morning; but there is never a time for good time.
