
I will be doing my next culinary demonstration at the Rolling Pin Kitchen in Brandon (12 minutes from Tampa through the Crosstown Expressway) on June 3rd 2009.
The class is “From Farm to Fork: Cooking with Organics”. Basically, I will just pick up some organic vegetables from Gateway Organic farm in Pinellas county just before coming to the kitchen and showcase them for you.

This is a DEMONSTRATION-STYLE class. Wine and beer are included with this class. Seating opens 15 minutes before class and is on a First come, first serve basis. $50 per person.
